Discover the art and science of lacto-fermentation and artisan hot-sauce making from an award-winning commercial hot-sauce producer in this 3-hour hands-on workshop as you learn to create custom hot-sauces and other spicy condiments at home.
You’ll learn to utilise a range of methods, including mash and brine fermentation, barrel ageing, and cold-smoking, focusing on both traditional and contemporary flavour profiles.
As a group, we’ll create and bottle funky, fiery, and flavourful hot-sauces from locally grown chillies using a range of creative ingredients.
