Join us at 11 Acre Farm for In Season—an intimate evening that celebrates the quiet power of seasonality through thoughtfully paired botanical cocktails and produce-driven dishes.
We’re proud to be partnering with Damaged Goods Distillery, whose reclaimed ingredients and low-waste distilling methods align beautifully with our own farm-to-table ethos. Together, we’ll showcase a menu that honours both the harvest and the hands that shape it—from soil to spirit.
This is not just a dinner. It’s a journey through the rhythms of the land—from earthy roots to bright herbs and subtle blooms—told in sips and bites. Each course is paired with a cocktail crafted in collaboration with Damaged Goods, featuring native botanicals, housemade infusions, and sustainable spirits.
Seated at our long table and surrounded by the farm’s evening hush, guests will experience the interplay between food and drink in its most natural form. Expect an elegant, unhurried progression through four pairings, with each one introduced by our chefs and bar team.
