Join us for an intimate evening at 11 Acre Farm, where the flavours of the land take centre stage in an inspired collaboration between our award-winning mixologist, Mark, and guest chef, Fendi Bong.
For this special edition of In Season, Mark has crafted four unique cocktails using botanicals, herbs, and produce grown and foraged right here on the farm. Each cocktail is paired with a thoughtfully curated canapè by Fendi, designed to complement and elevate the drink in unexpected ways.

This is not a sit-down dinner, but a relaxed cocktail-style gathering. Guests will enjoy each pairing while standing, mingling, and connecting with others in a warm, open setting. Throughout the evening, Mark will guide you through the story and process behind each cocktail, demonstrating their creation in front of you. As each drink is served, Chef Fendi will present its accompanying canapè directly to you.
If the weather allows, we’ll begin with a brief farm walk to connect you with the ingredients at the heart of the experience.
After the formal pairings conclude, guests are welcome to stay, chat, and enjoy additional bespoke cocktails crafted by Mark for the night.
