Our outdoor pilates sessions are suitable for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to experienced participants. What happens if the weather is inclement on the day of the outdoor pilates session?
In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain or extreme temperatures, outdoor pilates sessions may be rescheduled or moved to an indoor location, if available. Participants will be notified of any changes or cancellations via email or phone. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our participants, and will make every effort to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience.
What should I bring to the outdoor pilates session?
We recommend bringing the following items to the outdoor pilates session:
- A pilates mat or towel for practicing on the ground.
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for sun protection.

What is your cancellation policy for outdoor pilates sessions?
Our cancellation policy allows for refunds or rescheduling with advance notice, typically 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made within the specified timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee, while cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost. You may invite someone else to take your place in the event that you are unable to attend for any reason.

What is the cancellation policy?
Please note tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours. If the class cannot proceed due to weather conditions we will cancel and transfer your ticket to the next available event. If you are unable to make it on the day please kindly pass your ticket onto a friend or family member to go in your place.
