Led by Head Chef Sufendi "Fendi" Bong, our menu celebrates the seasons and showcases produce grown on the farm and sourced from like-minded local growers. Inspired by the rhythms of the land, our dishes are simple, thoughtful and designed to be shared with family and friends.
