At Little Grots Farm Kindy, childhood is experienced in the real world. Outdoors, in changing weather, on uneven ground, and through everyday interactions with the environment.

Children spend their time exploring, observing, building, and participating in the life of the farm. They might follow animals through the paddock, dig in the soil, or spend long periods focused on something that has captured their curiosity.

As a family-owned and locally established centre, the environment has been shaped by both professional knowledge and personal experience. A reflection of the kind of childhood we value and sought for our own children.

We aim to create an early learning environment that feels calm, intentional, and connected to real life. A place where children have time to wander, wonder, and grow.
