We’re a small farm-loving crew who juggle many hats (sometimes all at once!). We’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as we can, but it may take us a few days to reply. Thanks for your patience while we balance emails with coffee cups, donkeys, and garden gloves.
Visiting the Farm
Do you charge an entry fee?
There is no entry fee to come to 11 Acre Farm, however, if you would like to enter the animal experience, entry is $5.50 per person. We also have optional animal feed for $5.
Are pets allowed?
No, sorry. We have free range chickens and peacocks that roam the property. We ask you leave your pooches at home.
Are you wheelchair and pram friendly?
Yes. We have ACROD parking available. We have paved paths throughout the farm, however the paths within the animal experience are sandy and can be difficult to navigate at times.
Can we visit the farm while dining?
Absolutely, that's the whole idea! Please allow enough time before or after your booking to explore, we recommend 30 mins to go through our animal experience. Please note the opening hours of the Animal Experience when planning your lunch visit.

Can we bring our own food?
No, sorry. We ask that all outside food and drinks be left at home.
Our café and restaurant are an important part of supporting the farm, and every purchase helps us care for the animals, maintain the grounds, and continue creating a special place for the community to enjoy. Thank you for supporting our farm by enjoying the food and drinks we have on offer.

How do I book?

Can you cater for dietary requirements?
We can cater for most dietary requirements with advance notice. Please note that our kitchen uses ingredients including nuts and flour, and while we take great care when preparing meals, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to the risk of cross-contamination.
Do you offer takeaway?
Yes, you can enjoy takeaway coffee and drinks, savoury, and sweet treats from Cubby Kiosk.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
You can buy your gift voucher to be used at Cubby Kiosk and The Good Paddock here.
We also sell physical gift vouchers in the restaurant.
Are you licensed?
Yes, The Good Paddock has an amazing range of local beers, wines and spirits available.
The rest of the farm grounds is not licensed unless we have special events.
Do you take group bookings?
We can absolutely host your group. You can read more about our large group booking option and make your booking here.
Do you offer private event hire?
Yes, we'd love to help you celebrate! We host weddings, engagements, 18+ birthday celebrations, corporate events and a range of other private functions in our unique farm setting.
Please note that we do not host children's birthday parties.

If you need to modify or cancel your booking, you can do so using the links in your booking confirmation email.
If you can't find your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

Do you charge an entry fee to the farm?
While it is free to access 11 Acre Farm, there small $5 entry fee per person to enter the animal enclosure area which goes right back into the farm—expanding our gardens, enhancing the enclosures, and making 11 Acre Farm even better for everyone who visits.
Can I come for takeaway?
Looking for a bite to eat takeaway? Roll out a picnic blanket on the lawn and soak up the atmosphere! We kindly ask that you support our small business by purchasing your food and drinks from our café rather than bringing them in.
We’ve got a great selection of fresh, delicious takeaway options in our cabinet, perfect for enjoying under the trees or at one of our picnic tables and grassy knolls (which are available on a first-come, first-served basis). Thank you for helping us keep this space special!
Can I bring my own picnic?
We are a small business and your purchases of food and drink from us help keep the lights on, our animals fed, and property maintained. Please support us by leaving anything at home and purchasing from Cubby Cafe. Baby food is permitted.
Are you dog friendly?
As much as we love animals, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home.
Our farm is home to free-range animals that roam the grounds, and for their safety—and the safety of your pets—we do not permit dogs on the property.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to our peaceful, animal-friendly space.
Are you open on public holidays?
We are open Wednesday to Sunday from 8am - 3pm. If a public holiday falls on our usual open hours, we will be open for reduced hours and takeaway only. Check out our socials for the details.
