Dusk at 11 Acre Farm
with Eddie Balutao & Fendi Bong
Dusk at 11 Acre Farm is a new dinner series celebrating seasonal produce, local chefs and the stories behind every ingredient.
Each evening begins with a guided tour of 11 Acre Farm before sunset, where guests can explore the gardens and discover what's growing before sitting down to a shared feast inspired by the harvest.
The series launches with Eddie Bulatao, Executive Head Chef of Gather Foods, joining Fendi Bong at The Good Paddock. Together, they've created a menu shaped by the season, starring ingredients grown on the farm and foraged by Gather Foods.
